Property Manager, CardiffOur client is a well-established and innovative Property Management company located in a new and vibrant office in Cardiff.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of developments across South Wales.
Main duties as Property Manager include:
To effectively manage the relationship with the customer, including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Conduct property inspections regularly.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Salary:
up to £35,000pa depending on experience
