Front of House Receptionist

£30,000 - £35,000

Temp to Perm

What you'll do;

  • Provide an exceptional front of house service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Screen incoming calls and redirecting them
  • Management of the office meeting rooms and desk bookings
  • Work closely with the facilities manager supporting with adhoc
  • Assist with the smooth running of internal meetings and events
  • Order catering and refresments as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers and building management

What you'll need;

  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Experience working in a client facing role
  • Proactive in problem

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, innovation & creative
