    Join a higher education organisation, who are looking for an Interim Employee Relations Advisor. The role is to start immediately and support on a high volume of casework. The role is based in North London with hybrid working.

    An Interim Employee Relations Advisor to:

  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues including probationary concern, performance management, restructures, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance
  • Manage your own caseload
  • Provide advise and support to managers
  • Lead on formal ER Processes
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistency in policy application
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyse ER metrics and trends
  • Support with any other relevant dutiesProfile

    An Interim Employee Relations Advisor with:

  • Experience of managing their own ER caseload
  • Provide knowledge in employment laws and practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Higher Education or not-for-profit experience desirable
