SRS are working in partnership with a leading supplier of specialist building products and materials to trade customers, boasting strong market positioning within core markets in both interior and exterior products.


The Role

  • The Operations Manager is tasked with delivering continuous improvement and driving ongoing efficiencies in the Warehousing and wider Branch operations.
  • Leading and managing a multidisciplined team of direct reports
  • Build effective working relationships with Branch Manager and Operations Director
  • Ensuring only the highest level of customer service is upheld to all customers and stakeholders
  • Maintaining a zeroharm health and safety culture is present throughout the entire operation
  • Strong demonstrable experience in team management, coaching and development
  • Must have experience in Operations Management involving Warehouse and Fleet Management
