A professional services firm is looking for a project co-ordinator to join their team based in Leeds City Centre.
With great flexibility for hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual to work for a growing company.
As project co-ordinator you will lead and be accountable for all administrative activities relating to the execution/delivery of assignments and campaigns.
The role:
- Ensure the highquality execution and smooth delivery of assignments on a project and programme level
- Programme planning forward planning of resource activity and milestone meetings on a project and programme (practice wide) level identifying overlapping events and pinch points in capacity at the earliest possible point
- Scheduling of key milestone meetings
- Updating knowledge management system
- Responding to requests for feedback and scheduling associated calls with Partners
- Work collaboratively with the Partner's EA in the planning and 'management' of Partner's diaries
- Driving best practice by reviewing and implementing continuous improvement around technology and processes
- GDPR compliance and Knowledge management, including developing in depth knowledge of system, implementing future developments of the system
- Updating and maintaining internal communications and documentation system, SharePoint

- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced skills in the use of IT; documentation production and data management tools
- Highly professional and quality oriented
