    As the Product Owner - HCM, you will be instrumental in ensuring our HR application service remains optimized to meet the evolving needs of our business. Collaborating closely with both business and technology leaders, you will define product roadmaps, oversee the delivery of optimized BAU services, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. This role requires expertise in managing Oracle Fusion HCM support teams, implementation, delivery, and innovation.

    What You'll Do:
    • Strategically align product set with wider company strategy.
    • Define and deliver agreed product roadmaps, including Oracle Fusion HCM.
    • Manage BAU service in alignment with ITIL processes and procedures.
    • Build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular reviews of application licenses, subscriptions, and budgets.
    • Create and maintain a product knowledge base.
    • Manage adherence to ITGC controls and support relevant audits when required.
    • Project manage the timely delivery of quality software enhancements and product increments.
    • Provide insights on technology and product advances to support user innovation sessions.
    • Proactively identify service improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Day-to-day management of 3rd party vendors and service providers, including regular service reviews.
    • Ensure supporting infrastructure remains fit for purpose, leading action planning on activities such as risk mitigation, testing, and application-driven refresh programs.

    Who You Are:
    This role is perfect for a Product Owner experienced in managing Oracle Fusion HCM support teams, implementation, delivery, and innovation.

    Key Requirements:
    • Expertise in managing Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS HCM applications.
    • Relevant experience in implementing HR applications, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
    • Experience in defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Managing SaaS product releases.
    • Experience in managing 3rd party outsource providers.
    • Understanding of agile working practices.
