We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client, assisting them with their search for 2 enthusiastic Chef De Parties' for their excellent venue in Orrell.

There are 2 positions available – FT & PT
We are looking to speak with enthusiastic candidates who thrive working in high volume, fresh food kitchens.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen in a Chef De Partie capacity.
Experience working with high quality fresh ingredients.
Excellent communication, time management & organisational skills.
Be able to prepare, cook & plate dishes to a high standard.

Role Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking & plating dishes to a high standard.
Ensuring your section is fully prepped and ready for service.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Follow directions given by the Head Chef / Sous Chef.
Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality food & service is delivered.
