Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented e-commerce intern to join our team in London and help us across marketplaces and e-commerce businesses, starting as soon as possible.

You will be involved in all the tasks of keeping our sites up to date with the latest inventory, reporting, and operational activities, working alongside the E-comm Partnerships Manager and E-comm Trade Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the ecommerce trade manager with the management of three websites in all activities, from reporting to CRM to website management to dealing with the digital agency;
Ensure the website reflects the seasonal marketing calendar, creating campaigns, landing pages, and merchandising products accordingly;
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the right products are being promoted across all channels.
Coordinate ad campaigns with brand initiatives and align with incoming inventory.

Supporting the generation of weekly reports and insights

Operational ad hoc tasks

Required

Passion for the fashion industry and ecommerce is a must
High organizational skills and the ability to schedule and manage your own workflow.
Analytical skills and experience with Excel.
