£20,000 - £24,000
Mainstay are working alongside a fantastic, fast growing company to look for an Administrator.


Role:


  • To support the service manager as well as other members of staff with daily duties
  • The answering of any queries (digital/telecom) promptly and politely
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant Internal and External Stakeholders involved directly or indirectly with the contract
  • Preparation and maintenance of reports as required by management using Excel, Maximo or other bespoke IT systems
  • Support management in meetings by ways such as booking suitable facilities, taking minutes, confirming site access for nonpass holders, recording attendance

Company

  • A wellestablished local FM service provider
  • You will also be goal orientated, resilient and selfmotivated
  • Ability to deal with customer service issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Computer literate specifically with Microsoft is essential
  • Experience with CAFM systems specifically Maximo is desirable
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
