Mainstay are working alongside a fantastic, fast growing company to look for an Administrator.
Role:
- To support the service manager as well as other members of staff with daily duties
- The answering of any queries (digital/telecom) promptly and politely
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant Internal and External Stakeholders involved directly or indirectly with the contract
- Preparation and maintenance of reports as required by management using Excel, Maximo or other bespoke IT systems
- Support management in meetings by ways such as booking suitable facilities, taking minutes, confirming site access for nonpass holders, recording attendance
Company
- A wellestablished local FM service provider
- You will also be goal orientated, resilient and selfmotivated
- Ability to deal with customer service issues in a calm and professional manner
- Computer literate specifically with Microsoft is essential
- Experience with CAFM systems specifically Maximo is desirable
- Superb communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
