We're on the lookout for a skilled Hardware Technician to join our team, contributing to the assembly, testing, and qualification of cutting-edge avionics components for satellite launch systems.

    Role Overview:

    As a Hardware Technician at Aurora Avionics, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work on state-of-the-art hardware components critical to the success of our launch systems. Your primary responsibilities will include assembling and testing electronic circuits, troubleshooting hardware issues, and collaborating closely with firmware engineers and electronics design teams.

    Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our hardware systems within a multidisciplinary team.     Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in hardware assembly and testing
    • Technical or engineering-based degree with at least 2 years of industry experience in hardware testing and assembly
    • Familiarity with electronic testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters)
    • Familiarity with laboratory/cleanroom work
    • Experience with soldering and PCB rework
    • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware issues
    • Understanding of board-level design principles (e.g., power supplies, I/O)
    • Familiarity with firmware/software interaction
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Preference for EU & UK applicants
