Senior .NET Developer - Tech-For-Good - £65,000 + Benefits

Search 5.0 is proud to be partnered with an impressive tech-for-good business based in Northern Ireland that has just recently underwent a successful funding round resulting in ambitious growth plans in 2024. Our client specialise in the creation of software for the charities sector, helping charities to take better control of their own data, make revenue more predictable and to overall optimise the donation experience.

As a Senior Software Engineer at our client you will be working in a hybrid model with a team of enthusiastic engineers based in Belfast that are passionate about creating software that makes a real world difference.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership over greenfield projects from conception right through to delivery, working alongside cross-functional teams and liaising with customers to ensure high quality work is produced within certain deadlines
• Mentoring junior engineers, our client foster a culture of continuous learning
• Get involved with architectural decision making ensuring scalability and reliability

Experience that would make you a good fit

• Significant experience using C#, along with knowledge of other OO programming languages
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Solid understanding and experience with automated testing, unit testing will be part of our day to day within this business and any experience in TDD is a bonus
• You have experience in leading projects and making important technical decisions
