Our client, a fast-growing and progressive firm of chartered accountants based in Towcester with a fantastic local reputation and 10% YOY growth, are currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager / Director to join their team.


This role will offer broad exposure across a range of exciting clients including foreign-owned subsidiaries of multi-million-pound companies, consolidated groups, HNWIs, Trusts, and small sole traders, as well as the opportunity to develop your skills andexperience in a diverse range of areas including buying and selling companies, alongside the traditional accounts, tax and audit work.


  • A motivated and driven ACA/ACCA qualified individual with a number of years experience working in management or directorship roles in practice.
  • You should have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding client service.
