    Membership CRM OfficerProfessional Membership AssociationThe Strand, Central London – Mixture of Home and Office WorkingBasic Salary £32,000-£35,000 dependant on experience plus excellent benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, +7% of annual salary paid into a stakeholder pension plan, medical cash plan scheme.

    Full Time Permanent RoleOur client a professional membership association with 2,000 members and 9 x staff based on The Strand, Central London is seeking to appoint a Membership CRM Officer The Role of Membership CRM Officer We are looking for someone who is a CRM super user and is passionate about helping our members at every stage of their membership lifecycle including key moments like joining and renewing their membership.

    You will manage our CRM database to ensure our data is accurate and to allow us to use data to understand and support our members.

    You will also provide accurate and insightful reports into our members. You will run our annual renewals with accuracy and efficiency.

    You will also be the first point of contact for our members to support them with requests about their membership.

    The role requires proactive interaction with all members to ensure they are receiving appropriate support and place a high value on membership of the institute.

    The person will be a brand ambassador and ensure the institute is held in high regard.
    Essential skillsAn excellent understanding and advanced experience of databases and in particular CRM systems.
    Agile thinker with great attention to detail and time management skills.
    Ability to make fact-based decisions consistently and effectively.
    Excellent communication skills and proven interpersonal skills.
    Excellent approach to problem solving.
    Creative mindset to help develop membership benefits and membership engagement activities.
    Ability to work as part of a small team and individually with a can-do attitude.

    Desirable attributesHigh level of proficiency in using Excel Experience of data analysis Experience of using website content management systems (CMS)Experience of working in a professional membership organisation/charity.
