Description
It will lead the finalization of the packaging quality programme deployment, aiming to harmonize and improve the processes, systems and ways-of-working to get ready for the future with new and sustainable packaging materials.
The role will be 70% Quality Process Improvement.This role will also Line Manage up to 2 PRA technologist contractors, which are working to complete our regional library of packaging risk assessments together with our suppliers to ensure internal standards are compliant

Experience in working with outside vendors to deliver project requirements.
Leading the Packaging Development process harmonization & improvement plan, working towards compliance against internal Mars Quality Standards and ensuring proactive external regulatory compliance - considering current and proposed legislation and proposing improvements to ways-of-working and systems.
Leading the supporting stakeholder engagement, management, communication & training plan.Leading a Champions Community within R&D Packs to support on programme engagement, daily project decisions and the improvement ambitions.
Line manage contract resources focused on risk assessment for the current packaging portfolio and support in escalations.Continuous improvement on our data and systems for efficient ways of work across packaging.
