Job description


We seek a confident, experienced and punctual office assistant/administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day office operations.

This position requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage administriave tasks, provide excellent communication and work effectively with team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised and efficient filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry into driver management system, collection spreadsheets and weigh bridge platform
  • Process delivery notes and waste tickets accruately
  • Assist with general administrative duties and customer service

Successful applicant will need:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and a cando attitude.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Job Types:

From £12.50 per hour
