We seek a confident, experienced and punctual office assistant/administrator who will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day office operations.
This position requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage administriave tasks, provide excellent communication and work effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organised and efficient filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry into driver management system, collection spreadsheets and weigh bridge platform
- Process delivery notes and waste tickets accruately
- Assist with general administrative duties and customer service
Successful applicant will need:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a cando attitude.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
