    Joining as a Business Partner, you'll integrate into the People & Culture team, pivotal in addressing the company's strategic and operational demands. Your role entails serving as a trusted advisor and collaborator to both leaders and staff members, offering insights and solutions on various aspects of people and culture, including organisational culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, rewards and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. Working across the company, you'll ensure a cohesive and comprehensive employee journey that resonates with our client's shared culture.

    You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher and have demonstrated experience in human resources generalist or business partner roles, preferably in dynamic settings. You will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal frameworks, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all levels.
    Be proactive, adaptable, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment. You will demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, and have a passion for driving innovation and positive change.

    As a HR Business Partner you will be ultimately responsible for;

    • Proactively partner with the leaders and line managers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and align the people and culture strategy accordingly.
    • Anticipate opportunities and challenges, proactively provide support to colleagues and line managers to achieve successful outcomes
    • Provide coaching and feedback to line managers on their leadership skills, team dynamics, and people management practices.
    • Facilitate and support the performance management and talent development processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, career conversations, succession planning, and talent mobility.
    • Drive and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and recognition, including surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programs, and events.
    • Drive and implement efficiency and improvements across the P&C function, including the use of AI where appropriate.
    • Analyse and interpret people data and metrics, including but not limited to our HR software and internal surveys to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders on how to improve the people and culture outcomes.

    Experience the flexible work culture, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Enjoy the freedom to tailor your schedule to your individual needs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on your experience.
