What you'll do
The Disclosures Officer role is an important part of our Government Security Team

Key accountabilities include:

Act as a Single Point of Contact for all Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA's) and Government
Agencies for the provision of data held on VF fixed and mobile systems
Ensure compliance to the terms of
The Investigatory Powers Act relating to the retention and disclosure of information
The Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations relating to the

- retention and disclosure of information including CCTV in support of Retail and the wider state and third-party information notices (3PIN)

Telecommunications Restriction Orders
Drug Dealing Telecommunications Restriction Orders
Court Orders relating to, but not exclusive to, communications data
Public Emergency Call Service (999 calls)

Cloud Act

Criminal (Overseas Production Orders)
Work within the Vodafone Group Discretionary Assistance policy
Ensure Vodafone meet obligations and SLA's laid down under the Investigatory Powers Act
Provide expert 24/7 assistance and advice to LEAs and appropriate VF departments
Maintain an effective working relationship with UK Police Forces

Who you are

Must either have SC Clearance or be eligible to be passed through SC Clearance in the future
An ability to absorb technical information and produce this in a manner that is clearly understood by those without the depth of knowledge or understanding of communications data
An ability to work under time constraints and pressure to produce data expediently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to build good relationships with a range of stakeholders
Strong team player
An understanding of the Investigatory Powers Act is desirable
