    Description

    Are you an experienced and dynamic leader looking for a challenging role in operational management? We are seeking a Site Operations Leader to join our team and drive operational excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is pivotal in executing our strategic and operational plans.

    The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organisation's operations, leading to improved efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction, and streamlined processes. By effectively managing resources, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for overseeing all operational and departmental activities, focusing on excellence, continuous improvement, and process development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the facility/site
    Manage all departments to meet customer demands efficiently
  • Ensure production levels are maintained, including client SLA's
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performance operational team
  • Oversee resource planning and project allocation
  • Establish KPIs to monitor daily and weekly efficiency
  • Manage facility expenditure and cost tracking with support from Operations & Finance Directors
  • Implement clear structures within the operational team
  • Conduct regular colleague communications and performance reviews
  • Support colleague training and development
  • Provide escalation support and promote colleague feedback
  • Address people issues, activities, and initiatives with People Team support.
  • Ensure health, safety, security, and quality procedures are implemented effectively
  • Maintain compliance certifications and standards
