    UHNW family office is looking for an MRICS Qualified Property Director who will have will assist with the day-to-day oversight of a large privately owned international residential property portfolio, including a number of large Estates. Working as part of a wider Private Office team, the ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-starting individual with several years of experience in a similar position, Must have experience of managing an UHNW portfolio.

    • and delivering the vision and long-term plan for the Family Office property portfolio
    • management:
    • and owning property budgets
    • to the development of Estate strategies and targets
    • that the rental properties are optimally managed with rents maximised, void minimised and properties maintained at the appropriate level
    • analysis and reports that clearly demonstrates performance and identifies areas of focus
    • seeking opportunities to increase rental and capital value
    • the planned property maintenance, reactive maintenance, and block management responsibilities
    • the Client's properties ensuring effective communication; building relationships with tenants and local stakeholders
    • and analysis:
    • regular reports to update the Client, seeking instruction where necessary
    • continuous improvement in systems, processes and procedures
    • acquisitions and divestments:
    • for overseeing and completing property acquisitions and divestments
    • valuations where required, including undertaking informal annual valuations
    • management:
    • all projects from design and feasibility to completion, with focus on sustainability at all stages; seeking to minimise the negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy and development space
    • the management, co-ordination and instruction of professional advisors, project managers and other suppliers; ensuring correct tender practices are applied and that those we are associated with continually act in a legal, ethical and professional manner.
    • A notable track record of achievement in the property sector with at least five years in a senior position; able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of the areas listed within this brief
    • Relevant professional qualifications e.g. MRICS etc. with strong building surveying, facilities management and asset management experience
    • Experience leading and developing a Property Team to ensure it remains cohesive, progressive and dynamic, reflecting the Principal's needs at all times
    • The ability to establish productive working relationships with colleagues, tenants, professional advisors, suppliers and other key stakeholders
    • Commercially astute, globally aware, financially literate, analytical and data driven
    • Professionally presented, personable and credible with the ability to present a positive image

    The ideal candidate should be degree educated and have proven experience in this field.
