Pay rate :
£60ph Inside IR35


Duration : 18 months


Clearance:
DV Cleared. NSC04/DV London or West (GCB, GCHQ or GCPD) NO OTHER CLEARANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED

ensuring an adequate software packaging environment is available raising service requests and chasing others to ensure it remains functional and fit for purpose

Assisting with 3rd Line Technical Support to the Customer Systems and managing incidents to determine root cause and the required resolutions

Desirable Technical Experience of the following:
Experience with Application Virtualisation

Knowledge of Troubleshooting using SysInternals tools such as ProcMon and NetMon

Familiar with patching methods including WSUS

Active Directory and Group Policy

Windows 11
