A growing SME are looking to appoint a Financial Controller that will take a leadership role within this organisation reporting into the Stakeholders of this exciting and growing business.

You will be overseeing and managing a small finance team and be someonethat has a strong ambition to be or an organisation that is growing.


Financial Controller - About The Role


This organisation boasts an enviable reputation within the South-East within their given industry and as such have experienced year on year growth in excess of 25%.

This position will be taking responsibility for the day to financial operations and commercialreporting for this organisation.


This position will require you to undertaking multiple-entity reporting and therefore you will be putting together for the consolidated accounts.

You will managing a transactional team overseeing and reviewing sales ledge / purchase ledger, payroll, cash posting and all general ledger entries

Take a lead role with the preparation of the budget, forecasts, reporting on any variances


The successful Financial Controller will have

  • Accountancy qualified
  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CA
  • Experience of managing a small finance team with a background of working within an SME
  • Aspirations to become an FD
  • Experience of both statutory and commercial reporting position

Financial Controller - Benefits
