Description

An unusual opportunity with a leading Scottish firm has arisen in Glasgow for an experienced Compliance Advisor.

This specialist role will require you to support the implementation of the firm's compliance strategy and co-ordinate client requirements in line with AML processes and procedures.

Key remit:

Carry out AML and Client Due Diligence checks on new clients and instructions.
Analyse factors such as PEP involvement, state ownership and complex structures.
You will provide advice on due diligence, CDD requirements and work with Partners and inform on best practice.
Prepare and review risk assessments of clients.
Produce regular reports and statistics for Partners and Managers
Support the Compliance Manager with other compliance related work as required.

Experience required:

Knowledge of Financial Services compliance and data protection
Experience of Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance
Operational experience of AML Compliance
Demonstrate strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.
