Our primary purpose is to maximise the performance of WPP's media communications agencies on behalf of our clients, our shareholders and our people by operating as a parent and collaborator in performance-enhancing activities such as trading, content creation, sports, digital, finance, proprietary tool development and other business-critical capabilities.

The agencies that comprise GroupM are all global operations in their own right, with leading market positions.

Responsibilities

Processing of Media Invoices
Report and police campaign best practice.
Liaising with Internal media teams to resolve any discrepancies & queries, communicating to suppliers accordingly
Preparing accurate & detailed supplier reconciliations
Supporting the finance team & the wider business on any ad hoc requirements
Supporting the team during external, internal & client audits
Proficient level of IT literacy
Strong excel skills
Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
Excellent communications skills, liaising across all levels of the business
Demonstrates logical thinking in approach to their role
Proactive
Problem solving ability and ability to preempt issues
Collaborative and communicative
