- Become confident in how to set up paid search campaigns, including structure, ad formats, and the ability to perform keyword research.
- Understand what the client's key performance indicators (KPIs) are and how tomonitor theseon a daily basis through budget checks.
- Identify the optimisation levers available to improve performance and deliver against set targets.
- Campaign set-up and implementation, minimising errors and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to Wavemaker's processes and best practices.
- Assistthe delivery of client reporting, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights.
- Direct client exposure with regular contact via weekly status and reporting calls.
- Identify client challenges and provide prompt feedback to the line manager to develop new approaches to continually improve campaign performance.
- Assist the Account Directors and Managers on responses to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms.
- Responsible for the monthly finance processeswhich involvescorrectly booking and reconciling budgets through the relevant financial process in line with agreed deadlines.
- Working with media owners such as Google, Bing to receive support with running paid search campaigns.
- Well-organized and able to multi-task.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point and able to pick up new programs easily.
- Highly numerate and detailoriented.
- Hands-on paid search experience with Google Ads, Bing and SA360 preferred.
- Experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background preferred.
- Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
- Any digital media experience e.g. freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.
- All academic backgrounds will be considered.
- A pro-active attitude to learn new things and be positive about taking on new challenges.

The role involves working collaboratively with the Account Directors,Managers and Executives across the paid searchteams, as well as several other internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will support in the delivery of planning, buying, optimisation and reporting across paid search platforms.
