    What can you expect?

    Job responsibilities:

    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting process across the company.
    • Assist with financial control process, capital adequacy
    • reporting and tracking of performance against budgets /forecasts, as well as making sure they align with the company's OKRs.
    • Preparation of monthly management reports
    • Assist with the preparation of board of directors reports and presentations.
    • Assist with the completion of external, Internal & safeguarding audits on time.
    • Review of reconciliation activities
    • Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
    • Maintenance of accounting documentation such as vendor contracts
    • Ensure the timely settlement of vendor invoices.
    • Preparation of the daily internal and external safeguarding reconciliations
    • Upload of the daily safeguarding funds transfers into the online banking portals
    • Conduct control checks of the data used for safeguarding.
    • Maintenance of safeguarding records
    • Preparation of and monitoring of safeguarding KRIs and reports

    Qualifications:

    • Finance/Accounting/Business graduate with 2:1 degree or higher.
    • Intermediate level Excel would be a plus.
