Reed HR have been engaged by an industry leading, education establishment who are looking to recruit an experienced
HR Administrator into the HR function.

This role sits within a friendly, supportive team and will assist the HR Manager to deliver a comprehensive HR Service with a view to progressing into an Advisory level role in the near future.


As the HR Administrator your key duties will include:

  • To assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing new projects providing administrative support where required.
  • To administer the School's internal academic cover system, logging both planned and unplanned absence for staff and ensuring that appropriate cover is available for lessons.
  • To support the HR Manager with the administration of preemployment checks including the processing of DBS checks, referencing, right to work, qualification and medical checks.
  • To carry out general administration for the HR Department including drafting standard letters, arranging meetings, collating, and circulating papers and following up action points as required.

The successful HR Administrator will possess:

  • A desire to learn more about HR and recruitment
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
