- Generalist ER background.
- Handling complex ER cases and TUPE experience.
- Familiarity with change management, long-term sickness, and organisational growth.
- CIPD Level 5 or above.

Working Hours : Flexible hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00am - 17:00pm)
Salary : £31,850 - £34,125
Location : Primarily remote work, occasional face-to-face meetings in London (1-2 times a month). Occasional travel to cover the North of England, including the north.
Reporting Line : This personwill report to the Business Partner. Close collaboration with the BP based in the north.
