Leading US law firm is looking to hire a new Reporting Analyst to work with their busy Accounts team in both London and international offices to improve client matter reporting, billing and accounting service delivery.

This firm is looking for an accounting graduate with 2 years' finance analytical, VAT reporting experience who is a confident Excel user as well as a knowledge of SQL and / or Cognos.

This is a great opportunity for a Finance Analyst or Accounts Assistantwho posesses ambition to work on varied projects that include design and develop metrics, reporting and analysis to drive key business decisions.

The Reporting Analyst duties will include:

Maintain systems for recording business and financial data.
Train employees on how to follow company standards and procedures when creating reports.
Examine reports to locate and resolve errors.
Assemble and analyze data for business reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate.
Work with the firm wide business intelligence team to develop "production" reports that provide the billing specialists with a tool kit to support the business.
Participate in regional and firm wide projects as they relate to reporting and analysis.

This firm work the hours 9:30am to 5:30pm with brand new and stunning offices, which include a wonderful canteen only a very short walk from all the City of London's mainline train stations.

They are looking for someone bright, proactive and enthusiasticwith at least 2 years experience of working in a law firm or professional services, salary to £32,500 dependent upon experience.
