Salary:
£39,316+ (dependent on skills and experience)


What you'll be doing:


  • Support the Service Assurance Lead for software
  • Deliver the Air Software Renewal programme
  • Deliver the Software Compliance programme
  • Drive improvements in our software management processes
  • Collaborative working alongside our talented IT service professionals to support their delivery of key activities, which ensure the receipt of effective, efficient and affordable services from our IT Service providers

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


  • Software Asset Management experience
  • ITILv3 or ITILv4 certification

Desirable:


  • Analytical background with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations
  • Experience in a customer service facing role and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders

The Service Demand and Performance team:
You will be joining a small team of highly skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) professionals focused on ensuring our key suppliers (internal and external) provide appropriately scoped, high-quality services at an affordable cost in line with business expectations

In addition to working closely with BAE shared services, the team operate across all Air UK lines of business in support of the 2023 Objectives - strengthen our foundations, develop our markets & next generation capability
