What you'll be doing:
- Running, manipulating and understanding of Supply Chain Data to support both drumbeat and adhoc activities
- Providing tactical support to our Supply Chain teams on emergent issues which require a fastpaced response
- Summarising large volumes of data into management information for key business decision making
- Gathering information from a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business and consolidating into Management review Packs
- Ability to work independently on small projects and deliver in line with timescales
- Supporting key meetings in recording and tracking of actions and minutes. Deputising, on occasion, for meeting owner
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experienced in Stakeholder Management, Influencing & Networking Skills
- Confident in approaching issues
- Excellent communication skills within a similar professional setting
- Good organisational and determined mindset
Desirable:
- SAP knowledge with previous experience in Procurement

The Procurement team:As a Senior Procurement Practitioner at BAE Systems, you will support the placing and managing of contracts for products and/or services. The equipment is provided by suppliers across the UK & overseas. This is a Fast paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK's National Defence Programme.
