We have a demand for experienced Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors in the Hertfordshire and Essex areas. This would be on a temporary and ad hoc basis. Offering you a varied and flexible working environment.Supporting Sales staff across a variety of New Homes developments on an ad hoc basis. Offering a Flexible working pattern, an opportunity to have exposure working for many 5* national new home builders.
Personal specification:
- Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency or new home sales
- Experience in liaising and negotiating with buyers, sellers and third parties such as surveyors, solicitors and financial institution
- Local area knowledge is preferred
- Planning and time management skills
- Administrative skills
- Communication skills
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- IT literate.
- Must have own car
- Availability to work weekends if highly desirable
