We have a demand for experienced Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors in the Hertfordshire and Essex areas. This would be on a temporary and ad hoc basis. Offering you a varied and flexible working environment.

Supporting Sales staff across a variety of New Homes developments on an ad hoc basis. Offering a Flexible working pattern, an opportunity to have exposure working for many 5* national new home builders.


Personal specification:


  • Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency or new home sales
  • Experience in liaising and negotiating with buyers, sellers and third parties such as surveyors, solicitors and financial institution
  • Local area knowledge is preferred
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • IT literate.
  • Must have own car
  • Availability to work weekends if highly desirable
