    Fluency in English with Spanish and/or GermanWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading and launching affinity-style projects and programs, particularly in the B2B2C domain with Telecoms experience.

    The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions and managing complex, cross-functional teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Strategy:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    Define project strategies, goals, and success criteria in alignment with organizational objectives.
    Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.


    Team Leadership and Management:
    Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
    Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members as needed.


    Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks.
    Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
    Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure alignment with project goals.


    Resource Management:
    Allocate resources effectively to support project activities and deliverables.
    Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as needed to optimize efficiency.
    Collaborate with resource managers to address staffing needs and skill requirements.


    Quality Assurance and Control:
    Establish quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
    Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.


    Budget and Financial Management:
    Develop project budgets and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
    Monitor financial performance against budget targets and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
    Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required.


    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
    Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
    Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Proven experience (7+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, ideally within the Telecoms sector.

    Demonstrable success in B2B2C project delivery, with a portfolio of affinity-style projects and programs.
    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
    Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a solid solutions-oriented approach.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and/or German.
