- Process orders, make up internal order files and prepare quotations and statements of works
- Prepare labelling and all documentation for despatch, and organise the despatch.
- Invoice the customers.
- Liaise with couriers for importing and exporting orders.
- Close internal order files making sure all relevant documentation is present and correctly signed off and scanned into Client.
- Perform all the administrative work related to the job (photocopying, faxing, arranging couriers to the customers, etc.)
- Be able to stand-in and perform the duties of the other members of the Customer Service Group during periods of absence.
- Carry out all duties in line with the Company's policy in term of GMP (Good manufacturing Practices), ISO, Quality Assurance policy and Health & Safety policies.
- Make sure that the best possible service is given to the customers.
- Answer the telephone, handle and record enquiries.
- Perform additional duties as discussed with Project Manager where necessary.
