Salary + Bonus

Salary_**:
_£22,700 + Attendance bonus _paid £375 each quarter (95% attendance) £24,200_

£375 per quarter

Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) - £150 average


Working Hours_**:

  • Rotational Shift Pattern 2 weeks_

  • Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm_

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm_

  • Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Find resolutions to customer issues

  • Provide great customer service
  • Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer
