- Prior experience in sustainability reporting, preferably within a consultancy, agency, or large corporation.
- Familiarity with the corporate and sustainability communications landscape, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience working with sustainability-related reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and knowledge of ISSB and CSRD.
- Experience in delivering materiality assessments, ideally double materiality assessments.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp broad market context and key client information, refining it into a clear point of view to aid clients or new business prospects in their sustainability endeavours.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and engaging manner, delivering insights-led presentations effectively.
- Experience in pitching for new client business is desirable.
- Experience in developing sustainability strategies and broader sustainability communications, both internally and externally
