Working with an international corporation that have helped train more than 15 million people since 1980 to appoint a Junior and a Senior Finance Administrator on a permanent full time basis within their expanding Finance team.
The people skills needed for this role include:

- Microsoft Excel and Word

- Proactive and Self motivated
- Good time management skills and evidence of working to timescales
The role of the Finance Administrator will include:
- Building relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Contacting customers to collect payments for accounts receivable
- Manage any payments that are outstanding past due dates
- Accurate data collection and recording
- Daily query management and resolution
- Assisting with month end procedures
- Other general administration duties
