Description
We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international company based close to Nottingham City Centre. They are looking to expand their busy team by recruiting a Norwegian speaking Customer Service professional.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
  • Support with general administration tasks as required
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
