We're recruiting for a Non-Financial Risk Consultant to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary good benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Conduct and Operational Risk Managers in the monitoring and oversight of non-financial risk across our Retail division
• Regularly reviewing current and proposed regulatory changes and providing advice to the business on their impacts
• Facing off to first line teams and challenging and reviewing their ideas and potentially presenting at Risk Committee meetings
• Overseeing and supporting the business on timely responses of significant risk events
• Identifying and escalating Consumer Duty risks to achieve good customer outcomes
• Preparing risk reports and MI packs

Who we're looking for:

• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience of FCA rules and practical application
• Good understanding of the principles of risk management, especially in relation to operational, regulatory and customer focused risks
• Experience of interpreting and applying regulatory rules to practical scenarios
• Strong influencing and presentation skills
