We are working with a leading luxury brand, based in West London (hybrid working), who are looking to hire a Part-Qualified Analyst on an permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to be joining a business that are in a new phase of growth through expansionfurther internationally and on its online offering.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible This person will be a business partner for the Multichannel Director and provide insight into Digital (online) and Marketing performance.

Your aim is to drive the sales and profitabilitythrough your weekly/monthly reports.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to understand the success of marketing expenditure (both online and offline) and a good understanding of the return on investment of new customer acquisition and the retentionof existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

Improving the profitability of the Digital (online) and Marketing channel and suggesting new ideas
Interpreting the return on investment for marketing expenditure both online and offline helping to inform future decision making
Budgeting and forecasting the sales and gross profit of the Digital channel
Support the production of the daily and weekly reports and help validate the integrity and accuracy of data being reported for Digital and other Marketing channels.
Broader responsibility for all reporting & analysis of Digital, Creative, International and Marketing performance on a monthly & adhoc basis focusing on the key events & drivers
Gain an understanding and assist the Marketing team in building a budget from a customer perspective using acquisition and retention plans

The individual will have at least 2 years experience as a Finance Analyst in a busy and complex retail organisation.

You will also be Part-Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA.

Hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the West London newly refurbished office.
