What We Need From You?

Ideally already have relevant site related experience or an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance, Multitrade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar qualification
Good communication skills, both verbal and written with tenants and customers
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Software
Full clean driving licence

Responsibilities and duties:

Carry out instructions given by the Senior Management team, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity
Driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
Updating work orders daily and following administrative procedures as directed
Responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
Completing timesheets, claim forms and statutory checks as required
Communication with tenants, customers and members of the public in a polite manner with an emphasis on customer care
