    Digital Project Manager

    London / Birmingham (report to either office once per month)

    Up to £40,000

    Digital Project Manager to join ahead of the launch of a dynamic in-house agency specializing in B2C dental and health marketing. Their hands-on approach sets them apart, as they deliver campaigns with the same dedication and expertise as a traditional marketing agency. Currently managing two main brands with large monthly budgets, we are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their team and lead drive digital deliverables.

    Some of what you will be doing:

    · Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of client objectives.

    · Cultivate strong relationships with clients by coordinating closely with the digital team to meet their specific needs and requirements.

    · Foster a collaborative environment among team members to optimise project efficiency.

    · Facilitate cross-channel management to ensure seamless alignment across all digital platforms.

    · Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

    · Coordinate and participate in client meetings and calls.

    · Ensure accountability among stakeholders by monitoring task completion and deliverables.

    · Develop compelling performance review presentations for client meetings.

    · Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and business growth.

    · Uphold established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.

    Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

    · Proven experience in digital project management within a marketing agency or similar environment.

    · Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

    · Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

    · Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.

    · Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
