The salary range is £20,250- £25,317 and they would offer between this scale dependent on experience.

The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the neighbourhoods business area through the provision of diary management, customer liaison, administration and reception services.

Key elements of this role include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for callers and visitors to the company premises; including reception desk duties as necessary.

This will include the preparation of tailored letters tackling specific lowlevel ASB or estate management matters; court bundles; signup packs and mutual exchange paperwork

  • Supporting the recovery of rent arrears and the reduction of void turnaround times.
  • Managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
  • Liaising on a daytoday basis with internal and external customers. This includes progress chasing, ensuring all followup action is taken; handling further enquiries and assisting in the resolution of problems.
  • Assisting the Neighbourhood Officers with the completion of estate inspection reports, the implementation of actions identified during those inspections and the maintenance of records of estate inspections undertaken.
  • Being responsible for general office duties including the monitoring and ordering of stationery; key forms (such as diary sheets, signup packs etc.); franking of letters and management of leaflet displays
  • Maintaining and organising estate and block keys on behalf of the team.
  • Providing local administrative support to the Neighbourhood Response Officers and Estate Services Manager.

The one our client uses is CRM, but anything similar to this is really important. The hours are full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. A car driver/owner is not needed for this role.

Only applicants who feel they meet the above criteria, are comfortable working in our client's Dartford office and can start in April 2023 need apply.
