The primary focus of this role will be to ensure the quality and reliability of fixes/changes applied to software applications.

The Test Engineer will be responsible for carrying out key tasks such as regression testing, performance testing, creating test cases/test scripts, producing appropriate documentation, and reporting results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and automation testing and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Provide Level 3 (L3) support 24/7 (including out of hour on-call support) for technical issues within the IT infrastructure.

• Define and Execute the test plan ensuring that the delivery of that testing is in alignment with the applicable standards and policies.

Conduct regression testing to ensure that software applications function properly after changes have been made
Create, update and maintain automation scripts using automated test tools such as Unified Functional Testing, AXE by Odin and Selenium
Test and Defect Management tool using Team Foundation Server (TFS) / MS Test Manager.
Performance testing to evaluate the speed, scalability, and stability of software applications using performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Create test cases/test scripts based on software requirements and specifications
Identify and report software defects and track them through to resolution
Collaborate with development/product team members to understand software changes and their impact on testing
Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work tasks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
~8-10 years of experience in functional and automation testing
~ Experience with Agile development methodologies.
~ ITIL certification will be highly desirable.
