Role Description:
To assist the Retail Account Director, Retail Operations Managers & Retail Scheduler with all aspects of the daily operation within the Retail Division.
Working as part of a team you will help ensure the Retail Window Cleaning team deliver over 15,000+ PPM and specialist cleaning services per month in an efficient, professional and customer-focused manner.

Main Accountabilities:

Technical skills_
- Ensure that Retail Operatives are given support for daily duties/schedules
- To assist in the process of rescheduling of daily retail PPM tasks, specialist tasks and adhoctasks with the Retail Scheduler, Operations Managers and our clients.
- To assist the Retail Scheduler in managing and develop the retail window cleaning schedules to maximise efficiencies, service standards and development possibilities.
- To assist the Retail Scheduler in ensuring Team leaders/operatives are aware of weekly schedules of work and duties expected of them.
- To assist the Account Director in staff recruitment, selection and induction, to ensure correct staffing levels are maintained.
- To assist the Retail Scheduler in ensuring appropriate holiday and sickness operational cover is in place at all times
- Ensure all SWC and client systems, policies and procedures are adhered to.
- To assist the Account Director with Health and Safety planning, including risk assessments, COSHH, PPE and Health and Safety Plans
- Attend Retail operational meetings with the retail window cleaning team.
Customer focussed skills_
- Take responsibility of service delivery to ensure outstanding levels of customer service to the client.
- Providing accurate and up totodate information on timing and dates to both external and internal clients
- Be a customer service champion and take a proactive approach to customer service management.
- To assist in the production of regular reports and attend planned and adhoc meetings with client representatives to ensure service delivery satisfaction.
- To understand the working relationship between SWC and the client to ensure all actions work to maintain the relationship.
- To assist in ensuring Team leaders/operatives are aware of weekly schedules of work and duties expected of them.
