Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000

Plus, an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday as well as bank holidays and a company success payment.


As part of the wider People Development team based in Loughborough you will be responsible for ensuring all resources at the Scania National Learning Academy are maintained to a high standard and to keep up with the day-to-day housekeeping and upkeep of the site.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the site continues to maintain a high standard of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance
  • Work closely and coordinate with external maintenance contractors
  • Coordinate with the team when hosting various events onsite
  • Maintain the training facilities and equipment to an excellent standard
