    Job Title: Senior Paraplanner

    Location: Horsham area

    Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

    Opportunity Overview:

    We're seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join the team, playing a crucial role in delivering bespoke financial planning solutions for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with financial planners and client service team to provide efficient paraplanner support.
    • Independently research and produce clear, personalized letters, suitability reports, and financial plans.
    • Analyse data to identify compliant solutions and make recommendations to help clients achieve their life goals.
    • Attend client meetings as needed and manage client onboarding processes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate record-keeping.
    • Maintain proficiency in relevant software and stay updated on industry knowledge.
    • Support team development and contribute innovative ideas for company growth.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ideally chartered or working towards chartered status with a minimum CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
    • Minimum 5 years of paraplanning experience with up-to-date knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning.
    • Strong report writing and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and team success.
