The Opportunity:

Are you our next Engineering Manager? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for our Engineering team.

The Engineering team deliver what matters.

The core purpose of this role is to deliver a safe, efficient, and resilient Baggage System – a system that delivers one of three major flows within the Airport (the others being aircraft and pax).

Lead and develop Baggage Engineering team of highly skilled Technicians to deliver maintenance plan.
# Ensure optimal performance of Baggage asset base including performance improvements to improve system availability achieving against OBP / CSS metrics.
# Manage cost and Contract management to ensure operational budget.

Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline preferred; educated to HND level in engineering discipline with significant experience accepted.

Proven proactive leadership to promote health and safety culture, ensuring processes and procedures protect employees and contractors. Ensure performance of systems meets and exceeds required OBP, CSS measures.
