Halo Recruitment are working with a fantastic recruitment consultancy based in the Southampton area who are looking for experienced Sales Executive to come on board to join their expanding team.


Our client are a dynamic construction recruitment company providing Trades & Labour throughout the UK and we are looking to recruit a BDM/Labour Manager/Recruitment Consultant.


You will be responsible for bring on new business and expanding existing relationships by site visits, networking, corporate events and in addition helping to fill the roles.


Requirements:


  • Full Drivers Licence
  • Experience within Sales, Business Development or Recruitment
  • Money Motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Ability to hit targets
