    Role Purpose

    The successful candidate will provide proactive, professional and confidential executive assistant and administrative support to a member of our Executive Committee, Group Chief HR Officer and their wider team as required. The successful team member, will play a key part in supporting the CHRO, liasing with the Group CEO Office, Executive Committee Members and acting as a coordinator for the Group HR Leadership Team and whole team activities.

    The Chief HR Officer is operating in a very fast changing environment and is keen on bringing on-board a colleague with a pro-active and strategic mindset, who is able to always be a step ahead and have the gravitas to become the Executive Committee Members business partner and to support them to achieve their goals.

    What you'll do

    Chief HR Officer support

    • Extensive diary and calendar management in a timely and professional manner

    • Owning activities, including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, system approvals, purchasing orders and tracking annual spend, etc.

    • Ensuring CHRO's full preparation for all meetings, including agenda and presentations, pre-read and follow-up actions

    • Support on ad-hoc requests

    • Ability to understand the business area and proactively support the CHRO to achieve their day-to-day and long-term objectives

    Relationship Management

    • Building and developing meaningful relationships with stakeholders and administrators across Group and markets

    • Acting as professional point of contact on behalf of Directors to internal and external visitors

    • Provides vendor management support

    Team assistance with

    • Supports the team to deliver activities related to programmes/projects through active involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements, comply with project standards and maximise benefit delivery

    • Team events, forums and meetings. This includes but it is not limited to arranging facilities, travelling, catering

    • New joiners and leavers management

    • Ad-hoc project requests, including but not limited to HR, Property, Finance and Communication activities

    Who you are


    • Superb organisational, prioritisation and communication skills

    • Strong secretarial / general administrative experience

    • Track record of of project, programme and vendor management

    • Comfortable working under pressure and taking full ownership of work, both on an 1-2-1 and at a team level

    • Ability to communicate and to build meaningful relationships across all levels and audiences both internally and externally, including vendors and suppliers

    • Experience in working as a senior member's partner and building trusted relationship with them

    • Proactive, positive and can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
