Reed are pleased to be supporting a highly successful business whose main focus is wholesale and distribution of products worldwide.

They are currently looking for a Credit Control Team Leader and are based in Leeds.


Day to day responsibilities:

  • Support the training and development of team members
  • Hold regular one to one performance reviews with the team
  • Appropriate team KPI setting and monitoring
  • Ensure a proactive approach to collecting outstanding debt
  • Assist with workload priority of the Credit Control Team
  • Ensure the team keep accurate records on chasing and payments
  • Management and monitoring of the new customer accounts
  • Ensuring strong relationships are maintained with customers and internal colleagues
  • Manage own portfolio of accounts ensuring outstanding debts are collected in line with company policy
  • Deal with escalated queries in an effective manner
  • Effective management of the team and their allocated accounts
